Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options:
– Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days (free on orders over ₹5,000)
– Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (₹200)
– Priority Shipping: Same-day dispatch, 1-2 business days (₹500)
Delivery Areas
We ship to all major cities and towns across India. However, please note that delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time for each shipping option is as follows:
– Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
– Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
– Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email / whatsapp with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your order.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make two attempts to deliver your order. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be notified.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the matter and provide a suitable resolution.
Cancellation and Refund
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team. However, please note that we may not be able to cancel the order if it has already been processed by our courier partner.
Signature upon Delivery
Please note that a signature / OTP is required upon delivery as depends upon our courier partner. If you are not available to receive the delivery, please arrange for someone to sign on your behalf.
Shipping to PO Boxes
We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. However, we plan to expand our shipping options in the future.
